Accessibility Statement

Last updated: August 18, 2026

Our commitment

We want every financial professional to be able to use RetirementAdvisor Pro, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification, or other assistive technology.

We work to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA as our standard for this website.

What we do

  • Structure pages with proper headings and landmarks
  • Provide text alternatives for meaningful images
  • Label form fields, and announce errors in a way assistive technology can read
  • Keep interactive elements reachable and operable by keyboard, with a visible focus state
  • Aim for AA colour contrast in both light and dark presentations
  • Respect the reduced-motion preference set in your operating system

Known limitations

We are being straightforward here rather than claiming full conformance. This site has not yet completed a full independent WCAG 2.1 AA audit. Areas we know need review:

  • Some data tables and charts in long-form articles may not be fully described for screen readers
  • Embedded third-party video players follow their provider’s accessibility support, not ours
  • Some older article pages predate our current standards and are being revisited

We treat reported barriers as defects and fix them, rather than waiting for a scheduled audit.

Tell us about a barrier

If something on this site is difficult or impossible to use, please tell us. Email support@retirementadvisorpro.com with the subject line “Accessibility”. Tell us the page, what you were trying to do, and what assistive technology you use if that is relevant.

We aim to acknowledge within 5 business days and to tell you what we intend to do about it. If you need information from this site in an alternative format, ask and we will provide it.
